ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

To prepare and submit your abstract for oral or poster presentation, please, follow the steps detailed below.

STEP 1: ABSTRACT PREPARATION

To prepare your abstract, please, use the instructions Instructions.pdf

To prepare your abstract, please, use the template TemplateA4-PSST2020.docx

Abstract should not exceed 2 pages including title, author list & affiliation, tables, figures & references.

Once your abstract is ready, please save your file as PSST2020_yourname.pdf

Please note that we will offer grants (waived conference fees) to graduate students presenting their work at PSST 2020. If you want to apply for a student grant, please, provide your CV (2 pages maximum) at the end of the abstract and submit it as a single pdf file (abstract with CV) no later than the submission deadline.

STEP 2: ONLINE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

PSST2020 conference takes advantages of EasyChair platform for abstract submission. To submit an abstract, please, follow the next steps:

  1. Register to the EasyChair platform at this link
  2. Once passwords and credentials are obtained log in at this link and click on “enter as an author” to submit your abstract.
  3. Fill in Author Information, Title and Abstract, Keywords, Topics sections, upload your pdf file as PSST2020_yourname.pdf and click on Submit.


After abstract submission you will receive an email notification from EasyChair to acknowledge your abstract has been safely received.
